Our approach guarantees both the ‘hard with a -d,
the project-based (structure) side, as well as the ‘heart with a -tside, the behavioral side.

Hard with a -d

The project (structure) side is based on Lean Six Sigma methodology (a proven method that is widely used in the industry to ensure ‘fast innovation’ and ‘continuous improvement’. The pillars of Lean Six Sigma ― focus on value for the customer, agility (Agile), actual root cause analysis and controlled change are interwoven in this.

For pilot driven changeprojects we use the ‘Design for Six Sigma’ method: “Fast Innovation” with the following 6 steps:

  • Team mobilization
  • Voice of the Customer
  • Prototype development
  • Pilot Introduction
  • Implementation
  • Control

For process-driven improvement projects, we use the ‘Lean Six Sigma’ method:  “Continuous Improvement”, with the following 5 steps:

  • Define
  • Measure
  • Analyze
  • Implement
  • Control

Heart with a -t

The behavioral side is based on the ADKAR change model, but enriched by DEPLOY. It still knows the 5 logical steps with the corresponding methodologies:

  • awareness
  • desire
  • knowledge
  • ability
  • reinforcement

But to create a ‘play-to-win’ mindset, we strongly focus on personal or group interventions. We use 3 facets in this: ‘understanding’, ‘being able and allowed’ and ‘wanting to embrace’ a change.

We apply targeted 1:1 and/or group coaching. This coaching is based on NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming). In order to realize a real behavioral change, we want to get to the core of (personal) blockages at different levels in the organization.

The combination of ‘hard with a -d’ en ‘heart with a -t’ means that DEPLOY methods takes a holistic view of successful change.

We believe in a simultaneous focus on: an impactful goal, a smooth change and a sustainable behavioral change
